Located on the slopes of Sololaki Ridge, this botanical garden covers 161 hectares along a gorge south of the city. It houses over 4,500 plant species, providing a space for walking and observing diverse flora in a natural valley setting.
Getting There
The garden is situated within walking distance of the Old Tbilisi center. Depending on your starting point in the city center, it typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach the entrance on foot. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available for direct transport to the gates.

Due to the size of the grounds and the hilly terrain, visitors should allow between 2 and 4 hours to explore the main paths and plant collections. The time required depends on how much of the gorge you intend to hike.
