The Rotunda

The Rotunda is a circular masonry structure in Thessaloniki that originally served as the mausoleum for the Roman Emperor Galerius. Over the centuries, it has functioned as a Roman temple, a Christian church, and a mosque. Visitors go to see the transition of these architectural styles and the remaining mosaics within the interior.
