Lake Farka
Lake Farka is an artificial lake and public park located southeast of Tirana. Visitors go here to walk along the water's edge and use the open green spaces for relaxation, and escape the urban environment of the city center.
Getting There
The park is situated approximately 9.6 kilometers from the center of Tirana. It is accessible via taxi or local transport, with the journey typically taking 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Depending on whether you intend to walk the full perimeter of the lake or simply sit in the park, allow between 1 and 3 hours for a visit.
When to Visit
The park is most suitable for visits during the spring and autumn when temperatures are moderate for walking. Like most public parks in the region, it becomes more crowded during weekends and public holidays when local residents visit for leisure.
