大阪城公園（おおさかじょうこうえん）は、大阪府大阪市中央区大阪城にある都市公園（歴史公園）である。

Osaka Castle Park is the green space surrounding Osaka Castle, taking up a large stretch of central Osaka on the south bank of the Ōkawa river. Most visitors come for the castle tower itself, but the park around it is worth the walk on its own: moats, stone walls, gates, and open lawns that give a sense of scale to the old castle grounds. It's a good stop if you want castle history without spending the whole day on it, or if you just want a break from the city streets.
Getting there
From central Osaka (Umeda/Osaka Station area), it's roughly a 20-30 minute train ride combined with a short walk, depending on which station you use to enter the park. Several train and subway lines stop close to its edges, so check the entrance nearest your route rather than aiming for one fixed gate.
How much time to allow
Plan on 1.5 to 3 hours if you want to walk the grounds and go inside the castle tower. If you're only walking the park and moat area without going inside, an hour is enough.
When to go
Mornings tend to be calmer before tour groups arrive. The park draws large crowds during cherry blossom season and other peak weekends, so expect it to be busy then. Being mostly outdoors, it's also more comfortable in cooler months than during Osaka's peak summer heat.

- Hōkoku Shrine (0.4km) – close enough to add with minimal extra walking
- Neya River (0.6km) – a short stroll from the park
- Osaka Museum of History (0.7km) and Osaka International Peace Center (0.7km) – both nearby if you want indoor exhibits to pair with the outdoor castle grounds
