    A mountain in southwestern Montenegro, whose dense forest cover is said to have given the country its name, "Black Mountain." Now a national park, it's a great spot for hiking.

    This is the highest peak in the Lovćen range, rising to 1,749 meters. The summit is off-limits due to communication towers and military facilities, so it's better to visit the nearby peak with the Njegoš Mausoleum instead.
