This site contains the ruins of the former capital of the Ayutthaya Kingdom, established in 1350. Visitors come here to see the remaining temple structures and city foundations that date back to the period before the city was destroyed by Burmese forces in 1767.

The park is located in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. From the city center, the ruins are accessible via short trips by tuk-tuk or bicycle rental. Travel time varies depending on the specific temple site, but most central ruins are within a 10 to 20 minute ride from the main town area.
