Museo Galileo
ガリレオ博物館 は、イタリアのフィレンツェに位置する博物館。1927年にフィレンツェ大学により設立。2010年まで科学史研究所博物館 であった。

Getting there
The museum sits on Piazza dei Giudici along the Arno, in the historic centre just steps from the Uffizi Gallery. Most visitors reach it on foot from central Florence; from the Duomo it's roughly a 10-minute walk, and from Piazza della Signoria only a couple of minutes.
Time to allow
Plan for around 1.5 to 2 hours to go through the exhibits at a comfortable pace, more if you want to read the detailed information panels on each instrument.
When to go
Because it sits right next to the Uffizi, foot traffic on the piazza outside can be heavy during peak tourist season, but the museum itself tends to be far less crowded than the major art galleries nearby. Visiting earlier in the day generally means a quieter experience inside.

Its location makes it easy to pair with other central sights. The Uffizi Gallery and the Vasari Corridor are both about 0.1km away, Ponte Vecchio is roughly 0.2km, and Piazza della Signoria is also about 0.2km off. All are within a short walk, so the museum fits naturally into a longer route through this part of the historic centre.
