大阪市立東洋陶磁美術館
Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Osaka
大阪市立東洋陶磁美術館（おおさかしりつとうようとうじびじゅつかん）は、大阪市北区中之島一丁目にある、東洋の陶磁器をメインとして展示している市立美術館。住友グループから寄贈された安宅コレクション（あたかコレクション）と呼ばれる東洋陶磁コレクションを核として、1982年（昭和57年）に開館した。

This museum holds one of the notable public collections of Chinese and Korean ceramics outside East Asia, built around the Ataka Collection (donated by companies of the Sumitomo Group) and the Rhee Byung-Chang Collection of Korean pieces. It's a specialist collection rather than a general-interest museum: expect celadons, porcelain, and stoneware displayed with attention to how natural light interacts with glazes, rather than a broad survey of Asian art.

The museum sits on Nakanoshima island in central Osaka. From areas like Umeda or Namba, it's roughly a 15-20 minute subway or train ride to the nearest station, followed by a short walk. It's easily reached as part of a day exploring central Osaka rather than requiring a special trip.
