Kutisvara

Kutisvara is a small brick temple located within the Angkor archaeological park in Cambodia. Built during the Khmer dynasty between the 9th and 10th centuries, the site is dedicated to the god Shiva. Visitors can see the remains of three brick towers, providing a glimpse into early Khmer religious architecture.

Getting There

The site is located outside the main city center of Siem Reap. Most travelers reach the ruins via tuk-tuk or private vehicle from the city. The journey typically takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and the specific starting point within the city.

Visit Duration

Because of its small scale, this temple requires very little time to explore. Most visitors spend between 15 and 30 minutes at the site.

The best time to visit is during the dry season. To avoid the midday heat, early morning or late afternoon is recommended. This site generally receives fewer crowds than the primary Angkor temples, making it a quieter stop during a busy itinerary.
