Located in the Dinaric Alps near Kotor, this national park protects the mountain range of the same name. Travelers visit the area for its hiking trails along the ridge and the wide views of the surrounding landscape and the Adriatic coast.
Getting There
The park is accessible from the center of Kotor via a winding mountain road. The drive typically takes around 60 to 90 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions. Visitors can reach the site by rental car or organized shuttle services.

Allow between 3 to 6 hours to explore the park. This provides enough time to drive to the higher elevations, walk the primary trails, and visit the monument at the peak.
