Getting there
The building sits near Sendagaya and Yoyogi stations, both a short train ride from central Tokyo hubs like Shinjuku or Shibuya. From Shinjuku Station it's roughly a 10-15 minute walk or a couple of minutes by train plus a short walk. It's easy to combine with a stroll rather than a dedicated trip.
How much time to allow
Since there's no interior visit, a few minutes is enough to see and photograph it. Most people encounter it in passing while heading to or from nearby parks and neighborhoods.
When to go
Evening is worth timing for, since the tower's lighting stands out against the sky once it's dark. As an exterior landmark, it doesn't get crowded, so there's no need to plan around peak times.
