Teishebaini
Teishebaini was a major administrative center of the Kingdom of Urartu. Today, its remains are preserved at the Karmir Blur archaeological site. Travelers visit this location to view the foundations of ancient fortifications, storehouses, and residential structures that date back to the Iron Age.

The site is located on the outskirts of Yerevan. From the city center, it is most efficient to use a taxi or a ride-sharing app. The journey typically takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
