Getting there
It's in the pedestrian heart of Naples, an easy walk from most central hotels. From Piazza Municipio or the Municipio metro station it's about 5-10 minutes on foot. If you're coming from the waterfront or Piazza del Plebiscito, it's only a couple of minutes across the square.
How long to spend
A visit to the interior typically takes 15-20 minutes, longer if you want to look closely at the side chapels and decoration. It works well as a short stop rather than a planned excursion.
When to go
Piazza Trieste e Trento itself is busy at almost any hour, especially around the famous Gran Caffè Gambrinus on its edge, but the church interior tends to be quiet.
