Getting there
The mosque sits in a quiet part of Shibuya ward, a short walk from Yoyogi-Uehara Station. From central Tokyo, it's roughly a 20-30 minute train ride depending on your starting point, plus a few minutes on foot from the station.

Most visitors spend around 30 minutes to an hour, enough time to look through the prayer hall and building.
When to go
As an active place of worship, the mosque is busiest around prayer times, particularly the Friday midday prayer, when it fills with local worshippers. If you'd rather look around at a quieter pace, aim for a time outside of prayer hours. Dress modestly, as is expected at any functioning mosque.
